Well, at long last
I’m dipping my toe yet further into this new age of technology. But, I’ve got to tell you, it’s been tough and at times super FRUSTRATING! My journey into this brave new world began in September 2016 when my wife replaced my flip phone with an amazing device called a smart phone. Admittedly, at times this “smart” phone does amaze me. At other times, it FRUSTRATES me! I now have a greater appreciation of the phrase, “that makes a preacher want to cuss!” But, with the help (and patience) of my wife and son at home and Karin and Brandie here at the office, I’m gradually taping into the benefits of my smart phone. It’s really made taking pictures of clients much easier than my old camera.
A few months back I finally updated my website so that it is now accessible via mobile devices (i.e., smart phones, ipads etc.) as 65% of web searches are now via mobile devices. In short, the days of Yellow Pages is rapidly coming to an end. Please check out my new website. You’ll also find numerous blogs which I believe you’ll find helpful as we all prepare for and journey through this later season of life with all of its challenges.
Thanks to my new assistant, Brandie, I’m now active on LinkedIn and even recently launched a Facebook page.
And today, here’s my first attempt to provide a Newsletter via email. Yes, it is a brave new world! I’ll still send Newsletters via snail mail, but the ability to send Newsletters via email should allow me to send out more timely updates about changes in the law.
